Did you know that our oral health can gives us clues about our overall health? Our oral health has a significant effect on our overall health. There is harmless bacteria, and our mouth is full of bacteria, most of which are not going to cause any damage.

However, without proper oral hygiene, some bacteria may cause oral infection. Severe oral infection may lead to some other diseases like diabetes and can eventually lower the body’s resistance to infection.
